TERMS OF SUBMISSION (EGM PLAYLISTS)

All submissions are logged and monitored for patterns of misuse. EGM Playlists is a free, manually curated platform. To protect quality, credibility, and fairness for all artists, the following rules apply:

1) PLAYLIST RELEVANCE (REQUIRED)
Each playlist has a defined genre, mood, and audience. Tracks that do not clearly match a playlist’s identity will be declined.

2) MULTIPLE PLAYLIST SUBMISSIONS (LIMITED)
A track may occasionally fit more than one playlist, but excessive submissions of the same track are not accepted. Submitting the same recording to large numbers of playlists is considered misuse and may result in all submissions being declined.

3) ONE ARTIST IDENTITY (REQUIRED)
Submissions must be made under the correct and genuine artist name. Submitting the same or similar recordings under multiple identities is not permitted and may lead to restricted access or a submission ban.

4) AUTHENTICITY & CONTENT STANDARDS
We support genuine artists and original music. Submissions that raise concerns about authenticity, mass-produced content, or AI-generated material may be declined without further review, at our sole discretion.

5) FAIR USE OF A FREE SERVICE
Attempts to overwhelm the system, mislead curators, or engage in unfair submission practices may result in rejected submissions, limited access, or removal from consideration.

6) REPEATED VIOLATIONS
Repeated disregard of these rules, attempts to circumvent the system, or misleading practices may result in a permanent ban from submitting to EGM Playlists.
